It is a 2-story home, each with a bedroom bath terrace. The kitchen is down stair. The top terrace has a nice ocean view. Stairs are the only access to the home. For guests with a car, a parking spot is available at the bottom of the stairs.
There is no Wi-Fi but if you have your own cell and your datas, Kolbi ICE has great signal.
The home is equipped with the basic, small fridge, 2 burner top stove, and one washing machine tico style.
The home is no fancy, don’t think you get luxury for a bargain, but you get what you are paying for, a clean home, walking distance to surf and great views
